Marisha Naz is currently in her final year of a Bsc Economics degree at UCL and has just been appointed as project manager in the Enterprise Society. Growing up in Malaysia, she has been involved in many different fields of activities –from being a child TV host to facilitating UNICEF workshops across Malaysia and representing her country as a youth delegate to Korea and Brazil for international conferences .
Marisha has a passion for being around people and making things happen. She is currently part of the University Naval Unit where she learns to sail with navy and plays handball for UCL. Marisha is highly competitive and loves a good challenge. She interned in the Business Advisory division for Ernst & Young focusing on depository insurance bodies and risk management. She was part of the winning team for the Enfinite Challenge organized by Imperial Business School and also the ICAEW-PWC Business Challenge.
With a newly found thirst for entrepreneurial pursuits, Marisha hopes to spread the awareness of entrepreneurship to a larger audience in the student body through well run events in the society. Furthermore, she hopes to help aim events at students from different academic disciplines to create a vibrant and progressive community at UCL. |
