Ilona is currently in her final year of Human Sciences, an interdisciplinary course that has allowed her to pursue her breadth of interests. Ilona is extremely open minded and easy to approach, always trying to understand and empathise with others.

Ilona is extremely passionate about education and is currently writing her dissertation on this area. This is reflected in her work as a private tutor; where she has helped others to achieve their potential and during her work with The Challenge; where she motivated a group of twelve 16 year olds to perform beyond their expectations.

Ilona believes that SIFE combines many of her personal values and addresses them in a professional business manner which can give a positive sustainable outcome. As President of the society she is keen to support her team throughout the year to overcome all challenges faced and to continue laying the foundations for a successful UCL student organisation.
